TLI Leader Development Programs begin with an assessment of current leader development in your organization. Understanding the mission and vision of your organization, coupled with the leader development assessment, will provide the framework for construction of a comprehensive leader development program. TLI will develop a program of leader training and education, self-development, and positional experince evaluations that will promote growth for each level of employee.

Interactive Leadership Workshops and Seminars

TLI Workshops are designed to meet your needs. Workshops/seminars can be a small or large group. Seminar length is determined by your goals and objectives. They may be designed for new employees, established teams, or even C-level executives. Seminars focus on self-awareness, team building, developing trust, communication, and values-based decision making.

Executive Coaching Session

TLI Coaching focuses on where you are, where you want to be, and how best to get there. Getting to know you, your personal attributes and leadership competencies is the first step. Then, we look at your environment and your role. You may be a member of a board of directors, or an executive responsible for a large organization, or a staff member in a small business, or even a recent graduate working in an office cubicle. TLI coaching will help you be a better teammate, a better leader, and a better person.
